Older Adults Strength and Balance Training

These classes are targeted at the over 60s age group and are designed to help you improve your strength, balance and coordination. The class is conducted by a qualified personal trainer/Pilates instructor with over 8 years’ experience teaching the over 60s demographic. It is never too late to start exercising. It won’t take you long to see improvements in your overall health and wellbeing. Come for a trial class today in a relaxed friendly and welcoming environment
Term 1 is 9 weeks and starts the 7th February. Cost is $90 for the term.
Term 2 is 10 weeks and starts the 25th April. Cost is $100 for the term.

Payment is due at the start of each term. Casual attendance is $12 per session.
Classes are Thursdays from 11.00am – 12.00pm.
