Chair based Mindful Movement Workshops

This 45 minute class is chair based and offers a combination of yoga based movements, breath awareness and relaxation. Attending a regular class has the potential to make you feel better in many ways: happier and stronger, more balanced and relaxed. The class is taught by our experienced and passionate instructor. Class size is kept to a maximum of 12 to ensure individual attention.
Sessions are Tuesdays from 11.00am –11.45am cost is $16 per session payable 3 weeks at a time.
